Review the call forwarding settings in the white box below the simultaneous ring settings. Important: You must select Simultaneously ring and choose My Delegates to turn the feature on.When you've finished making your list of delegates, click OK.Set Ring your delegates after this many seconds: to 0 - at the same time. You can remove a delegate by selecting the name and clicking Remove. Ensure that the Receive Calls box next to their name is checked. and enter the name or Mohawk email address of the person(s) you would like to receive calls from this account. At the bottom of the Skype for Business window, click Call Forwarding > Call Forwarding Settings. Changes are made by signing into the account in Skype for Business. You must have the username and password for the department phone account to make changes to its delegates. Unanswered calls are sent to the delegator's voicemail. Delegating calls allows one or more employees to pick-up incoming calls from another account, often for handling calls received by a department's phone number.
